2019
The idea
After years inside Fortune 500 procurement, our founder mapped every broken handoff in the tail spend cycle and sketched the first blueprint for Tail Sourcing.
2020
MVP at WeWork
Built the first working version of the platform out of a WeWork under another brand. Early design partners validated the core catalog and purchasing modules in live operations.
2023
A pause and a reset
Stepped back to let the market, the technology and the regulatory landscape mature. WeWork proved the concept; the next version needed a different architecture and a US-first focus.
2025
E2E development begins
Started building the end-to-end budget-to-payment platform from scratch, anchored on the workspace and module architecture described in our provisional patent.

Proven in the field
